SPRINGBORO — The ramp from westbound Ohio 73 to the northbound lanes of Interstate 75 remained closed for two-and-a-half hours Monday until an overturned dump truck could be cleared from the scene.
The incident occurred around 2 p.m., when the truck attempted to turn left from Ohio 73 onto the I-75 ramp and rolled onto its right side, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, which was on the scence until just after 3 p.m.
Springboro police reopened the road at 4:30 p.m., according to Warren County dispatchers. The driver refused treatment for his injuries.
